it’s time to take breast care in your own hands
My Breast Choice! is a women’s health equity and empowerment project developing research, advocacy and community engagement around breast health, wellbeing and cancer prevention.
We are Margherita Sgorbissa (intersectional feminist consultant), Isotta Rossoni (criminologist, researcher and sexologist in training) and Beatrice Sgorbissa (physician and global health specialist), three women, friends and women's rights advocates who realized that information and access to breast health and cancer prevention is still NOT so easy to access and widely available to all women and folks with breasts out there.
We want to do something to change this and start by collecting more data on the experience around awareness, prevention and access to care.

We are working on the first phase of the project which is all about collecting data and doing some research on the state of awareness, prevention and access to care.
We aim to get 100/150 submissions and work on a research paper that will support the design of an advocacy campaign and a program for community-based breast care, wellbeing and prevention.
