An Intersectional Analysis Of How Gender And Ethnicity Impact The Participation Of Young Skilled Migrant Women In Berlin From South Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece) In The Berlin Startup Ecosystem - a project with Humboldt Universität zu Berlin (Transdisciplinary Gender Studies Master Program)

    This is an empirical research project analyzing the intersection of gender and ethnicity dimensions and how they influence the experience of young skilled migrant women from the South of Europe in their job search within the Berlin Startup Ecosystem.

    Making sense of today’s world is hard. Keeping hope alive and organize meaningful actions is even harder. And we’re definitely not supposed to do this alone.

    In a system that pushes us to navigate the world alone, to stay increasingly polarized, to compete with each other, and bypass global complexities, the act of coming together is an act of resistance.

    Beyond What’s Now is an invitation to come together and re-imagine futures beyond what the world looks like today. 

    It’s a community experience designed to bring us together, to learn together, to explore the historical paths and mechanics that have been leading to where the world is today, to decode the nonsense and to craft new meanings – through collective exchange, discussions and aspirational (brave) re-imagination practices.
